I like Mokoma, Amorphis and Oranssi Pazuzu but I haven't tried Turisas yet. I have intentionally avoided Nightwish, but who knows? Gotta give everyone a try, I just might like it.

If you have some free time, listen to (IMO) Finland's best metal band Stam1na. I'm always recommending these guys to people, and I know a lot of people hate me for it. But every once in a while, someone shares my love. Just like my love for the Green Hornet movie.

What happened to Eugene? Nobody cares anymore?

This was one of the first episodes I could remember that showed the city skyline after sh*t went down. Why would all the tall buildings have burn marks on the windows or decay? I would think they didn't all burn down, or have all of their windows destroyed. It's only been about two years right?

My song of the year has to go to Stam1na - "Rautasorkka". I have no idea what they are saying but this song is so powerful, energetic, fun, melodic, complex and surprising all at the same time. Fast, but not chaotic and messy. Structured beautifully… reminds me of Tool's "Right in Two" where a beat slowly morphs into…
