The reason we all recognize his name and not hers is that he has been immensely successful. This process is a collaboration and she thinks it's her "show" to run. And by the way, the owner of the restaurant CAN actually tell the chef how he or she wants them to make the risotto.
I agree. These shows would be dull without conflict and drama. She is the person you never want to work with. What I don't get is I thought she was there to kind of advise and not necessarily make decisions. Maybe I'm not understanding that part of the show's concept. I'm sure it's a great film, if it was hugely critically acclaimed. She is way out of her league when compared with the talent and achievement of Farrelly, Damon, and Affleck. The only boost her career is getting after this is from more reality TV.
