Yikes!
Oh dagnabit. I concede the point. I don't know why I'm even trying to stick up for Molly! It's not like I'm in love with her recaps for this show.
Yeah, ultimately it doesn't matter.
Well I think all them typos were only really bad this week. And I honestly feel like she just tries to put up the recaps as quickly as possible since it IS such a popular show on this site, so sometimes the posts aren't proofread as well as they could.
Well, if it makes you feel any better, I think a lot of your concerns about this storyline are totally valid.
Well, my theory is that he wanted her to sound legitimately terrified. Clearly as a journalist she would try to document her attack in SOME manner (and she did, with her call to Crawford). I think Will wanted to scare her silly and maybe rough her up but not kill her. I don't think he trusts her enough to just tell…
Yeah, I was a bit frustrated by this episode. But still, the show has built enough trust that I'll let it slide, just this once…
I did but not much of it made sense to me, really. All I learned for sure is that Margot used Will.
Ick, maybe I don't want to know. I keep waffling on whether I want to read these books or not. I already get so stressed out watching the show.
My close captioning said it was "Hey, pretty."
The soundtrack doesn't help. I mean, I think the sound design and the soundtrack are amazing, but clearly their goal is to unsettle people.
That's also why I feel Freddie's okay. I feel like Will choreographed the situation perfectly so that he'd get to her before Hannibal actually hurt her.
Only sort of related: I remember reading a Mads Mikkelsen interview where he said that LVT is the only major Danish director (post-Dogme, I assume) he hasn't worked with. Imagine what kind of madness they'd get up to…
What's funny is that even though Pitt's performance was kind of broad, it still felt like there was still a long ways to go before we see how completely unhinged he can be. Really creepy and unnerving.
Well, it still annoys me, but I get it. I'm willing to give Fuller & Co. the benefit of the doubt.
Haha, he also did an episode a couple of weeks back. Really enjoyed his direction.
- CONGRATULATIONS ON FAILING THE BECHDEL TEST, HANNIBAL!
If this show was set in Florida, we wouldn't even be having this discussion.
Right? I kept wondering what the safe word was.
