"Now bundle up- I don't want you getting frozen," made me choke up a bit. It always reminds me that Fry just vanished off the face of the Earth and his family never knew what happened to him. I know some episodes played it off that they didn't care, but I think on some level, they must have missed him.

As a small child, I literally watched this recorded on video from TV every single day from Thanksgiving till Christmas. I wish they'd do an uncut version on DVD. Definitely my favorite TV Christmas special.
