I am so glad I saw this! I live in Raleigh and right this minute have the application for the show in my purse. I guess I'd rather do the remodeling ourselves than have questionable work done by the show!

I'm from there, and still live there. Everything you said is true. People move here from pricier parts of the country with crappier weather, and then never go back.
