And the show has Joey Castillo drumming for NIN, despite the drummer being Illan Rubin.

I feel like an idiot for thinking it was SImon Pegg. It's so clear now and yet…it made the reveal so great.
I would take "tacked on" Missy cameo for every episode, if possible.
Jesus, you're smart. That is an amazing catch. I honestly thought they were making a point about stussy just meaning stupid pussy and vaguely tying it to Russia, given Halt and Catch Fire's shirt and the cold open.
Having the runway show was to address calls against her cultural appropriation of drag-queen motifs, cloths, etc… It may not have worked but its point stood. That being said, was there some meaning behind that final dancer with the arm dance? Was I supposed to laugh as hard as I did?
It was actually shocking and just fantastic, maybe the best comedic moment of Who for some time. I also liked how the Pope's staff was just mingling in the bedroom and gave a, "Yeah, I don't know either" shrug to Bill.
Right? Bill is fantastic and her reception is almost universally warm. Makes me wonder if the rumors of a break like Series 5 have been greatly exaggerated.
Well I took it that since they never got Bill (or the Doctor for that matter) they never completed the six person, 20 year cycle; as such, Wood Lady could free those five.
Its cancellation is tragic. I don't know if I should be thankful for CC to throw us a last season bone or hate them for not doing more. Also, where the hell is Nathan For You?
I said in another comment, that I think Baseball-Cap-Bombing Dude didn't disclose to Dar he was made by Peter. BOBD is covering his own ass, since he knows enough of Quinn is there to blow him. Dar is trying to take President-Elect down, as revealed in this episode, now in conjunction with attacking her sentimentality…
I mean, who's to say that bombing guy told Dar Adal about being blown by Peter. He might be rouge, covering his own ass. I think that guy and oddly, in a sense of compassion, will be Dar's downfall. Trying to take down the President-Elect, only to be foiled because of his sentimentality toward Peter…like a son (with…
I mean he shares his disdain from the jump with his rewatch comment.
It feels like Quin is putting it together that Dar is up to something, which is giving him confidence in himself and it's oddly effective therapy it seems.
But she got frozen in the wall? So either well I don't know .
It feels the way Fringe felt, which is fitting since the ads even made me think of Fringe.
Dar is on some tangent. I never believed his bullshit last season or maybe it was the season before. Motherfucker is dirty. Quinn was HIS boy, which is probably why the Super Spook didn't flatten him when he found him wandering into his apartment. That last bit I think is key, which to me indicates Dar is somehow…
How is this a B- episode? Insane ranking. This season has the aplomb and rational, unpredictability of Season 1.
I don't think wanting to move forward is clear thinking. A nonsense move. Regardless of your views, the show is clearly wanting that to be the thinking.
What a masterclass episode, showcasing both episodic stories while maintaining theme and message. It's divergence from the source material shakes things up in what truly feels like a season opener.
TV Club's "A-"'s will always be a mystery.
