Jonas and Whispers also got screwed by chance, which is really what makes this cluster stand out above all the rest. Sure, they're still learning how to be sensates, but in the meantime they're also an actor, a hacker, a mafioso, a chemist, a cop, a badass driver, a DJ with underground connections, and a Sun.

It's possible that the three of them belong to different clusters and just happen to have connected prior to (or maybe even at) the rally.

Lito's speech was presumably in Spanish. Capheus' was presumably in Swahili.

They could setup new plot points during the planning sequence.

There was a brief scene of Sun going through passport security which I think was meant to imply she was using a fake passport, but yeah, that whole sequence needed far more setup.

That narrative in general is very tired, I agree.

It's implied she's been working on it since Riley and Will got their hands on some.

Joong-Ki is her brother -for better or worse- which I think played a bigger part in her sparing him than anything else.

Her acting was terrific. She's definitely charismatic and engaging.

My hope is that the first episode of season 3 (because I refuse to entertain the possibility that this show won't get one) will be a whole-episode flashback going through the last 10 minutes of this one in more detail.
