Really surprised that MTV's pointless version of Scream didn't end up on this list.

So many great points brought up about this episode that I've been
thinking about all day. The bottom line is that there is a great show
inside Gotham's DNA that desperately wants to be released. I just don't
know if Bruno Heller is the man who can achieve this.
