Well, he hasn't watched Agents of SHIELD, Agent Carter or Daredevil yet. Look what they achieved in a very short time. They did create great fight scenes, mostly by the actors themselves and with much less time at disposal. For example Ming-Na Wen's May vs May fight or Skye's and Daredevil's one shot fight scenes.
