Question: if both combatants die in the trial by combat (i.e.: Oberyn is clearly dead and the Mountain may very well die at the beginning of the next ep), could Tyrion's execution be commuted to exile? I ask mainly those of you who live in Texas, which is a still a feudal, trial-by-combat sort of place… right?
