This one is on my to watch list.

Remember the car full of frozen meats?

I guess one implication is that all classes should be dissolved on the train, but I don't know if the movie is really arguing for that either.

Right-wing writers call anything that smells leftist to them Marxist, the word has zero meaning as used and is just political code for the base.

I'm assuming Kaufman is talking purely on a storytelling/ideological level, but he only hints at this.

Is it just me, or does the headline make a claim (the second half is more claustrophobic) and then Kaufman says close to nothing about the second half but instead focuses entirely on the shot composition of the first?

It's weird how Nick seems so damn proud in the commercials that you can't see these episodes anywhere else but live on Friday night.

You're right, she says something along the lines of, "Sorry I was such a troublemaker when we were young" but doesn't actually take responsibility for anything in particular.

I like that Lin is a flawed character too but she is the only one who is admonished by other characters for not playing nice while Su comes out looking like roses. Which as you point out isn't really fair when you look at the big picture.

Lin is a tough character to sympathize with for the most part, but when we find out what happened I had to ask, "Why didn't Su apologize rather than playing games?"

Yeah it felt like the kind of tough training Korra should have been put through. She's the kind of character who needs to be pushed to get results.

No I think Book 3 is the best so far, just that constant Bs and As for Book 2 put Book 3 on another level from that.

Lin was absolutely right to be pissed at her sister Su, who wanted to "talk things out" to avoid taking responsibility and apologizing outright for being an asshole brat who hurt her mother's career and scarring her sister's face. The fight was needed to get Su to realize just saying "I've changed" a million times

Yeah Barry is an idiot, that can't be denied at this point. He believes everything he is told without question. The fact his previously ignorant wife seems to be making more connections about the current mood of the country than he is after living in the culture his entire childhood and apparently continues to read

I actually agree this was the weakest episode so far. Seeing Barry stay his General Uncle and Jamal's hand every episode when they want to do something violent with the looming threat of being killed by a revolution is getting a little old. I'd like to see some more unique stuff happening that isn't ripped from the

Somebody was going to hang for the assassination attempt, that was completely out of Barry's control. The question was is the right man going to die for it or a convenient scapegoat? Even if that scapegoat is an asshole with ties to terrorism.

I also think it's a breath of fresh air in a show which often feels stale.
The episode seems to be being penalized for straying from formula oddly enough.

I liked seeing Mordecai not freak out throughout an episode with a lady friend for once. C.J. being very flirtatious and the forward one about liking him already throughout the date took the pressure off the very shy Mordo and allowed him to feel safe enough to be honest right back.
So when they kiss and get goofy at
