This is Lynch's Alice in Wonderland (well, Cooper in Wonderland)

Andy was channeling the old bellhop guy from Season 2 with his repeated mannerisms.
Jon Favreau got thinner somehow, too.
I love that the F/X are very simple and archaic. Example: Cooper elongating from the electrical outlet and then flipping/folding out from 2-D to 3-D.
Mr. Jackpots…. Mr. Jackpots….
I think Hawk might have had more dialog already than the entirety of the first two seasons. He's great.
I love that the town of Twin Peaks got gentrified by the hipsters. Hopefully Fred & Carrie make a cameo soon.
yeah never trust IMDB until a show is over and done with. I'm pretty sure it's all user submitted anyway?
The show already dropped enough hints and clues that he's Odin in the first couple of episodes. I don't think they care about keeping it a secret. I have not read the book and already figured it out.
He did a kind of stand-up that was appealing to dude-bros, vanilla college kids and people who wear Ed Hardy shirts from the late 90's to early 00's and made a lot of money from it. He disappeared around 2007, I completely forgot about him until he was announced to star on this show.
Was he even in Iron Man 3? I don't remember.
I dunno, this one fails on a technical level though, besides the usual "floating big heads" concept. At the level Disney is playing on, the image compositing should be a lot more seamless and don't make the stock F/X images so cut/paste obvious (sparks, fire, etc.)
If this is the quality of art coming out of Disney of all people, just shows you the sorry state of a career in graphic design.
"Just hook it to my vein!"
How's Annie? http://www.starburstmagazin…
Kids today don't know the horrors of working video rental on a Friday/Saturday night.
Since BOB is possessing Doppelganger Cooper, is it safe to say that there isn't any of Original Cooper in there? I don't know how the Doppelgangers work.
Leland in the real world was Original Leland possessed by Bob. When he died, Bob leaves his body. When Cooper meets Leland in the Black Lodge it's Doppelganger Leland. But I'm guessing the Leland in the Black Lodge in the SHOWTIME series is Dead Leland/Leland's Spirit since he tells Cooper to find Laura. Oh no, I've…
I think it also helps if you've ever worked retail. My video/music store co-workers and I all went to see it opening night, pretty much related to all of it and laughed louder than we should have. I'm also 44 now so this all hits hard. Generation X it! RIP Lisa.
