I watched it on HULU PLUS with the Showtime add-on. They have the episodes broken off separately (Episode 1, Episode 2…). My bad though, I entered into "Episode 2" on AV Club's main page and then clicked the top menu option over to "Episode 1" but apparently they both options get directed to the same review.

I'm re-watching Season 2 currently, I'm on episode 26 (out of 29). I would say about 2/3rds of the season is great. The beginning starts strong, but then starts slightly declining a bit before greatest again with the killer's reveal and aftermath, then it nosedives for a long while until the greatest of the ending…
