"conflicted Stiles, expertly played by Dylan O’Brien but extremely unnecessary." That pretty much sums it up! It's astonishing how smart the show was in that first act (or teaser, whatever), and yet how dumb the overall "Stiles feels guilty for self-defense" plot was.
