I was wondering the same thing! If they were Mules, I applaud her dedication to theme.

I agree re: NewsRadio availability! I bought the series on DVD several years ago, but if it were available for streaming somewhere, i think so many old fans would re-discover it along with the new.
Yes. I don't have cable (cut the cord a few years ago), so I'll have to wait until the series is available on Netflix, at which point I'll binge. :)
I'm gonna binge-watch this so hard. I can't pace myself with this show at all; it must be devoured.
Beth Dover was indeed pregnant in real life, you're right! And I believe she shot all of her scenes in only a few days since she was so close to her due date, which could be the cause of the dropped Blanche/Chair storyline.
YAS! An Another Period review! I thoroughly enjoyed S2 despite (and even because of, at times) the scatter-brained plot-lines.
YES(ily) to Cecily!
Yes! Loved her in OINTB this season. Not as crazy as Blanche, but definitely not entirely sane.
Dodo + Peepers = everything. I love how much he loves her.
Already I am desperately missing Dodo. And now I will have to miss these lovely Another Period reviews!? Somebody bring me a hatchet - I'm about to start a mutiny!
Yeah, streaming would probably be the best avenue. I can also see the possibility of a limited series on a larger platform though. They could produce 10 (or 13) of their favorite podcast episodes.
This is true. I do appreciate that Fox allowed each of them a full season to develop before pulling any plugs - that's not all that common these days.
Oh, Beyond Belief would definitely have to avoid the major broadcast networks. It could possibly work on Comedy Central, but I can legitimately visualize it landing at IFC, Fuse, Seeso, or something of that nature.
Yes! That's how it was described to me too and I was very doubtful. But I found the pilot charming enough to continue, and each episode managed to build on that, which is not an easy feat.
Totally agree.
Even though I knew Grandfathered was super on the bubble, I really hoped for a second season. I didn't expect to love the show as much as I did.
Since it seems unlikely that we'll get a review of The Cure… I'm posting my thoughts here (I'll migrate the comment if we do end up getting a review).
First off - so happy to to see an episode review for The Memorial! I really missed the discussion last week.
I really enjoyed this. Yes, it is pretty much a nouveau version of Vacation, but I dug the little plot twist we got - I won't say anything else because I don't want to spoil that - and I was quite impressed with those kid actors. Also, I love Vacation.
Catherine Sanders was a bag of hit and miss moments for me. Catherine herself was a hit with me. Loved seeing someone other than Sara putting Jimmy in his place, and though I'd agree that Hall wasn't really given much wiggle room with the character, I think she did amazing with the material she had. And as much as…
