I don't think that should mean anything, because she hasn't done a single thing that could make her deserving of such title.

Klaus probably met people like Catherine de' Medici and Queen Elizabeth I, and he called Hayley a queen? Lol, Klaus. I used to love you so before you went cray-cray.
