I am of native American descent, and I am proud to have Cleveland remember my ancestors. I am not a bit offended, and I do not think that Chief Wahoo nor The Tribe are at all racist. I hope that Cleveland will do the right thing and continue to honor my ancestors.

As a nearly lifelong resident of N.E. Ohio, AND as a great-great-great granddaughter of a Native American woman, I am proud to be both. I am also proud that the Cleveland Indians still carry the Chief Wahoo logo and mascot. These people who bring this whole issue to light…yet again…need to find something constructive…
