I have just caught up with The Expanse, man, this show is dynamite good!
Puzzled why there is not more buzz about it.
To me it , as a visual science fiction drama it beats Star Trek (and I love Star Trek).

They disposed Victarion a long time ago. Implication in S4 that the transport fleet was there (not in the books) to replace the Iron Fleet. Changed their minds , tho like , forget the Meereenise fleet, lets bring back the Iron Fleet but without the breaking of the siege at Meereen.

It wasn't sending Dorne down the toilet , it the burning of the Meereen fleet that made think that D&D made a decision after season 5 to finally dump any idea of following GRRM's 'broad strokes' for Winds of Winter.
