In 1977, I had won two tickets to an early preview, via a radio station contest. My Dad and I went to a movie preview theater for film critics in San Francisco; only about 50 seats. This would have been about three days before the movie was released, and no one knew what ‘Star Wars’ would mean to pop culture.
