That's what I was thinking because Jaha always seems like more of a co-conspirator with ALIE than a follower like everyone else.

this is a random question but did they ever show Jaha take the chip in season 2 before he stumbles upon ALIE? Maybe I'm just forgetting the scene but it was bugging me throughout the episode.
