Except I still go to Chick-Fil-A cause that shit is more addictive than crack cocaine. They lose so much money being closed on Sundays though

A foreign substance is introduced into our precious bodily fluids without the knowledge of the individual, and certainly without any choice. That's the way your hard-core Commie works.

While I agree with your sentiment somewhat, 8 hours is a fucking short ass game to pay $60 for. If you can carve out 2 hours a night (dunno your situation but unless you're dealing with multiple kids 2 hours a night oughta be doable), that's 4 nights total. Personally, I'd NEVER pay $60 for 8 hours of game ever,

Well The Last of Us doesn't have as much people killing (plus at least 75% of the violence can be avoided/stealthed through). My total at the end of the game was right at 500 people killed (and I liked to eliminate most of the enemies so I could explore freely) while somebody recently counted their Uncharted 2 kills

I agree completely with you're comment on The Last of Us. It was truly a one of a kind gaming experience and I can hardly imagine a better game coming out this year

Umm, Last of Us is really good. Like REALLY good. Like go out and buy a PS3 good. Also you get to play to the Uncharted series, God of War, Metal Gear Solid 4, and a couple other really quality exclusives and get a sweet blu-ray player to boot.

I disagree that Last of Us was too long. Those times where you're just putting up ladders and boards were building tension to me (which is why the game would be less effective on a second playthrough). The game was refreshingly uncliched when it came to the whole "Ellie goes up a ladder…LADDER FALLS DOWN ZOMBIES"

Yea, reading later I found out that the scalpel one has to die, but on my playthrough as soon as he picked up the scalpel I put a magnum round through his head. I was invested in the characters by that point.

Yup that Marlene was pretty dumb.

I agree with you on point 1, and generally the timeline leading up to 1912 doesn't make much sense to me. Booker really enlisted and fought at Wounded Knee at 16? Edit: Was reading the wikia, apparently Booker was a Corporal at Wounded Knee. At 16.

I disagree with your assertions in the above thread, but I fully agree here. Such a beautiful setting was somewhat wasted by the linear progression of the game.

I actually just finished The Last of Us yesterday, and it simply blew me away. I enjoyed Bioshock Infinite, but I didn't connect to the characters nearly as well as I did with Joel and Ellie.

Movie does look very enjoyable, but was Christian Bale channeling DeNiro or was that just me?

I agree the Criterion looks simply stunning. Flawless transfer.

#30 seasons and 2 movies?

But you get a free topping!

Generally I'm a S9 apologist but I recently bought 9 and it really isn't worth it compared to 2-8. Instead of 10 absolutely hilarious bits in even the worst episodes, it only has a couple, and also has the first couple truly bad episodes (Trillions and Lost our Lisa).

You're gonna be waiting a long time. Besides, there are…ahem… streaming options available for Simpsons episodes, if you know where to look. Honestly though, it's worth like the $100 investment to buy seasons 2-8 (1 and 9 if you're a completist)

Ewwwwww, geez. I'll take a crab juice.

Get him? GET YOU!
