It was. He should've said something. It also seems odd that they would write the scene like that, such a quirky little detail.

I thought at first I'd missed something…that Philip must've offered Stan the six-pack as he was leaving. Then I watched the second airing…nope, Stan just took it. I laughed, too. Maybe Stan feels he's provided them with enough baby-sitting services (and snacks for Henry) that he's entitled to raid their fridge.

No problem! I'm probably one of about three people who haven't watched it yet. I'll binge-watch a couple of other things before I get around to BB, then I'll forget what you said. You didn't give away much anyway. No worries.

I don't know, it just seems awfully convenient that the DEA is now onto Alex. I'm not sure what to expect, which is one thing I love about this show.

"We're not on a sinking ship. We're in a big, warm beautiful house and we're all fine". Norma is an absolute master of denial. Even while telling the truth (I was pleased to hear her state flat out that she and Alex love each other, although it was another nail in their coffin), she can still fool herself.

I want a magical unicorn like that….but with a better future.

Me, too. But it occurred to me that the DEA's investigation into Alex might be what serves as a cover for Norman after (or if) he commits the double murder we expect and are dreading.
If the show follows canon, Norman gets away with it at least for a certain period of time. There will have to be some explanation for…

I keep hoping he'll eventually get an Emmy…along with Farmiga.
I was surprised to see that he wrote this episode. He's supremely talented, and he's only 24!!! I see not only Emmys but maybe even Oscars in his future.

I was thinking during this episode about how much both Dylan and Emma have matured since season 1, especially Dylan. I so hope that newfound maturity, wisdom and love has a chance to flourish. Doubtful, but I'm hoping.

I just looked up the actor who plays Bud. He's Danny Bruno and he lives in Portland. He has also been on Portlandia (which I've never seen). It seems he's probably available (hope he's okay and in good health), so maybe it's just that the writers have let us down. I wish they'd take note of the fans' wishes. You know…
