There was. We were robbed!
There was. We were robbed!
Maybe they'll delve into that (the key) next season, hope so anyway.
Ha! I'd be willing to try, but someone else said Bitsie has said she's definitely out. Shucky-darn.
Wow, that scenario made my head spin (and I'm all for a Spike-type, what an addition that would be!). And I agree, I would've liked to see Juliette have more time to revel in her new evilness (like Cordelia did). BTW, while we're on this Angel kick, if you get a couple of minutes to locate it, check out my comment…
I only watched the 1st episode of that show and it just didn't grab me. But it was enough to think that role was really "off" for her.
Me, too! The little "Angelesque" elements that have been creeping into the show this season have renewed my interest, and I was losing interest last season. But now I'm really looking forward to whatever comes next.
It is for me, too. I'm a sucker for time travel, time shifts, time warps…uh,oh.. now I've got "let's do the time warp again" going through my head (that'll last a while). But I'm really curious about that aspect of the story. They're making us think it's some kind of (government?) experiment, which usually implies…
That's why it's easy for me not to really hate Adalind now. As some other commenters have pointed out, she even had understandable reasons for some of the things she did. And I was using Darla from "Angel" as an example of an even more extreme change in character (brought on by their respective pregnancies in their…
True, but Kenneth was one of the "freakishly tall" ones (didn't they say he and Renard were the same height and stated it at 6'4" or 6 '5"?). And when Wu walked Kenneth into the warehouse, that shot of them right before the kick, it emphasized the disparity in height. Wu was short compared to Kenneth and I was…
Regarding Adalind and the mixed emotions about (or hatred of) her;
Thank you, thank you. Just priceless. BTW, should he have asked Betty if it's okay to hand out their spare toothbrushes to impromptu houseguests? Didn't they say Trubel would be staying there a while, too? Maybe Betty would be open to the idea of running a bed-and-breakfast.
Does anyone else think that Diana looks like a pint-sized Sarah Michelle Gellar? Baby Buffy!!!
Got it, thanks. And I bet that gave Bud a little thrill.
I liked that knee-kick, too. Wu's short stature didn't hinder him in the least. Also liked the way he threw the head in the trunk with utter aplomb. Not to mention the shotgun thing, and the way he showed up to help even after Nick told him not to. He's completely with the program, now. Go, Wu!
Did she use it, or nod approvingly or something? What'd I miss?
Juliette Lewis did say "I've always believed you". I jumped right on that and thought "Aha! That will matter later on! " Then I promptly forgot about it till reading your post. Thanks for reminding me…'cause I think it will mean something.
I'm so used to seeing her in strange roles (or roles played strangely) that it threw me to see her that normal. But like you said, she could yet turn out to be the freakiest one there.
As for the burger, she did reiterate that he wanted it bloody (yuck) when she set it in front of him. But that was still pretty…
I think when I do finally start I'll take your advice and begin with Nu Who. Then if I get addicted I can always go back to the older stuff, and work it around other binge-watching interludes I have planned for the future. Thanks for the additional info, it'll help with the "scheduling".
Hail, Kindred Spirit! I did the same type thing…in 5th grade I found someone's high school literature book and read "A Comedy of Errors" and "Macbeth" for fun, and was hooked for good.
Thank you so much for the clip, I needed a good laugh! I've never seen that, and I love David Tennant. Also love Brit humor. I've…
Whether it's Star Trek…or Angel…or Grimm, I love it when they throw in a little Shakespeare. Any other literature (especially Shakespeare) geeks out there?
