Its been pretty well established that just anybody can walk into STAR Labs lol. As for everything else, Prometheus has gone to pretty great lengths to dig up info about team Arrow. So I dont find too far out of the realm of possibility that he'd know more than he lets on.

Anything in the vein of Snart would be great. Snart is one of my fave dctv characters, so if they manage to do the same to E2 Laurel I can die happy.

I really feel that Tina will be a test run but that the BC mantle will work its way back to Laurel, and if that is indeed what is going to happy Im all for it. Im a sucker for redemption stories.
