Still one of my all-time favorite story arcs.
Still one of my all-time favorite story arcs.
By the way, you're right. Cheryl/Charlotte was spectacular tonight.
The gag of Ray accidentally giving the musicians up to the police twice was obvious and easier than what the show normally goes for, but I can't deny that I laughed my ass off.
That was undoubtedly my favorite line of the episode.
That Lana had like five notecards in a row that all contained syphilis jokes cracked me up.
His cons are incredibly unsubtle.
Well, yeah, I'm aware I'm at least in the minority of this comments section.
Yeah. We're getting uncomfortably close to the "Art for art's sake" trap. While I don't think we're there yet, I'd prefer less of these long scenes of nothing, and more direct action on the screen.
I know. I get it.
That's possible.
Jimmy is many things, but one of those things is not "subtle".
You're right. If I'm Jimmy, that's my play.
In the vein of the creeping criticism that this show is going a little overboard with the slow burn thing, MAN was Ernie's little speech in the car circuitous. I know that was sort of the point but he repeated himself like three times while Kim asked him the same question.
I can't see that being used.
Great visual storytelling? This season of "Samurai Jack". But that's because something is always HAPPENING. Here we literally have long shots of Mike sitting in a car and not moving.
Oh. Well, in that case, he'll be fine.
I'm with you. The Jimmy/Chuck/Kim stuff is outstanding!
Also, Jimmy approves of this.
Winner.
I'm just not sure how he gets out of breaking and entering, property damage, and making physical threats.
