That's the point. Catherine's strained relationship with Selina has unconsciously driven her to date someone like her. It's probably going to hit her soon and cause a meltdown.

This season has been incredible. In an episode full of hilarious moments, my favourite moment came when Jeff (Peter MacNicol) burst into the focus group and screamed at Jonah, "You've gotta learn to control your fucking temper!" His delivery is always brilliant.

Preach. I get the feeling it's going to be like Star Trek Voyager where TT is the go-to device when they don't know how to fill out 22 episodes.

Yeah, this reset button is getting annoying now. I can only imagine the writers room.

I thought the first half was great. I do think the second half was a disappointing mess. They squandered so much potential.

The rule for season three should be 'no more villainous speedsters'.

Wally should be a good character, but the actor is playing him like he wandered from Capeside to Central City. He's a really bizarre choice.

This season was a disappointing mess. It started well, but it became a mess when they started repeating what they did in season one. Zoom should have been so much better than he was. I hope they pull it back together for season three. It feels like Berlanti's teams are getting repetitive.

"I could get dog shit in a condom elected in New Hampshire."

It's a pretty shitty shit-show.

I think Nick wanted to stay to find some conditioner and a hairbrush.

The biggest problem with The Walking Dead and Fear is that everything is done in service of the plot rather than the characters. You can tell the writers have certain beats they want to hit and they just seem to pluck random character behaviour from a hat. The last couple of episodes have been incoherent with bizarre

I disliked the trailer because it made it look as though they've undermined four talented women with a sub-par script. I'm still hopeful that it's just a supremely bad edit and the finished film is much better.

"It didn't do the job and it made a fuckin' mess!"

This may be a deeply stupid question, but is Melisandre the old witch Cersei was talking about?

"When life gives you Yemen… You gotta make Yemenade."

In the comics, the person who gets Lucilled doesn't die immediately. That person takes it and keeps talking despite their injuries, which prompts Negan to keep on swinging until their head looks like chunky salsa.

Despite everything that's happened with The Saviors so far, we haven't had one episode of Rick and the gang regrouping and planning for a potential attack. No traps, no strategy. Conversely, we should have also had Negan appear at the end of an episode a week or two ago, even if it had been a brief spot, where he gets

I like Gimple a lot, but I get the impression that Kirkman and AMC strong arm him a lot and I don't think he fights back. It's a shame because season five was largely great and the episodes he writes – Last Day on Earth notwithstanding – are usually the best ones.

Given the reaction to this episode, I think season seven could see a drop in the ratings. This was a mixed bag for sure and didn't need to be 64 minutes long (without commercials). They undermined the power of the death for a cliffhanger when it would have been better to show it and end the episode with the group
