The idea of being a true heel is lost/not possible nowadays. Seth Rollins still does his flippy shit, Kevin Owens still does his Swanton Bomb, and Miz, well the Miz is awesome.

That was a great Raw and a pretty good showing as far as season premieres go. Tag team match was entertaining and a great way to kick off the show. I think this is the most I have looked forward to a Tag Title match in a long. Lots of good action in the other matches. Storyline progression and matches announced for…

learned from his masters.
I think it's because he's gone through something similar as a refugee from El Salvador. Not completely the same, but he definitely has the most real experience as the one who knows how to use a shotgun.
Perhaps this show is all just a ploy to get us to like the original series better.
Travis: "You're sick."
Yeah, that scene made no sense. I was hoping they'd imply Travis was staying to make sure the other family had someone to pick up, but no. But the playing monopoly thing made sense to me.
I realized that toward the end of the post, because I end up calling his wife just injured wife. But badass Grandpa was the name I was calling him during the show, so I figured I'd stick with it.
They set that they already packed and wanted to leave right away for the desert. They werent planning on staying in the house.
I like the old dude who knows how to use a shotgun.
I like badass Grandpa. Confident blonde mom is much more timid that the two-wived guy (worst possible time for this to happen). All of the kids seem like the worst, but Berkley girl hasnt apologized to activist dude as of yet. Drug addict kid is the worst, and yet he's the only one who's taking the threat seriously…
I'm guessing the Dusty Classic will be like winning King of the Ring back when it didnt suck. The cool part is that they are doing it at housse shows and taping everywhere, so the American Dream tournament is being battled across America's dusty roads.
Team BAD vs New Day, aka:
I was there, and yeah, it was hard not to get caught up in the spectacle of it all.
The New Day just main evented Raw and Smackdown. And they had the last match on last week's Raw. Clearly WWE knows how great this team is and how valuable they are to the show. They are letting them just do what they want (bring out a trombone and play the Final Fantasy victory theme? sure!) and they are killing it…
No thank you. The Vaudevillains are better.
This was a bad Raw. The problem is that none of the faces have momentum. And I don't mean they are losing, but none of them have fire. None of them seem like the
crowd really wants to see them. They've squandered Ryback with a months long feud with Big Show. They've reduced Dean to being a bit player in the Reigns…
Lilian announcing the Ryback was actually a highlight for me, and presumably for Daniel Bryan.
I think they are trying to utilize wrestlers to the max before they retire, rather than build up a star to that level, which can be difficult in some cases. So you use Sting for this one match and it drives up some interest, but he's not used in the long term so it's ok. At least that's their thought process.
