This episode absolutely gets an A from me (no A-'s from me anymore). Every character got a strong story, and each character looked a little more whole at the end of their story. Winston's story is the saddest but also the most necessary. As the review characterizes, Winston's path on the show has been predetermined

I loved the album so I'll probably check this out. I saw him when he performed at my college a few years back and he was quite good. That's actually when I found out when he was a rapper. Although it probably helped the show that one of his songs mentioned us.

I'm really hoping there is a pay off with Hilda.

again, I think that line was just meta commentary, as in they just said it in the finale episode, with no other mentions. I looked it up. Troy says that they just finished Fall/Spring and Britta specifically says bring on Summer Winter. They had no choice considering they already filmed episodes but they were

yeah thats what I was thinking. The problem was they had themed episodes even though they were a midseason replacement. You take out the three theme episodes (Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) and it sort of makes better sense.

well its not that they are brave souls. more so that Season 4 was a necessary evil. Like Iron Man 2 to get Avengers, to try to explain it the Abed way.

the philosophy of the show has been more than just getting degrees. Jeff Winger went Greendale for a degree, but whats more important to him is that he came out a better person.

I meant that he is probably on relatively good terms with Harmon.

I watched this after Community, and I must say I am really rooting for the Sherlock and Moriarty relationship. The victim being her daughter was a big stretch, but it ended up working out. I was really hoping for a Sherlock and Moriarty baby though.

I think he gets paid as a a guest star, but he appears in 11 episodes, so he is basically a regular.

yeah, and according to Annie it has benefits and wonderful side effects!

In one episode, they say something like "goodbye fall/spring, hello summer/winter!" I think that's what you are referring to. I feel that was meta-commentary that was later added.

Everything about Repilot was about growth. It showed you how much the characters have changed over 4 years. Community is about letting go of the false marker that indicate age and growth: graduation, birthdays, funerals etc. A minuses and what not. You grow when you make decisions, but you are never too old to learn

I feel like you're missing a monologue or two. To quote an old man restricted by a restraining order: "a crappy place? sure. but only because it gives crappy people a chance to sort themselves out."

The thing that people don't get is that we needed a season4 to get to season 5. The showrunners took a show that wasnt theirs and wasnt in their blood, and made sure it didnt get cancelled. Sure, it wasnt the best television, but it kept up a solid base of viewers that allowed for the show to renewed for season 5. And

It had to have been filmed during season 5's shoot. The Chase/Harmon feud appears to more media driven rather than truth. Chase left after all because last year's showrunners, not Harmon.

yeah, im hoping they touch up on it soon. Just not in a Pierce type of way.

yeah that sounds like the Pierce we all know and begrudgingly spend time with.

It seems that the break up was triggered by Shirley's actions, so he has been faithful. He's still raising the kids so he's still in it for the long haul.

A -? Our reviewers have been lying to us. Community deserves slightly higher grades!
