That's an awesome track. Two chord song from the male perspective of childrearing?

When this came out I thought it was a cool experiment. In a world of Guns and Roses or Madonna, Shiny Happy People was a very brave song. Who else was doing music in 3/4? It was their "yellow Submarine". This and "Stand" were my only knowledge of R.E.M.. Since I loved 60's bubblegum, I was pretty cool with it. But

I wonder if her reaction has anything to do with her monthly cosby show cheque being slashed?

The absolute brilliance of the clone wars was the rotating protagonist. It could be anyone, depending on the story they were telling. The villians could also be protagonists. Ventress, Dooku, Boba, all had episodes that centred on them

no archer?

oddly and sadly enough, I've become addicted to the 100. Which is WAY better than it deserves to be

To me, star trek is a TV show. That's how it works best. There is so much inconsistency in the film series (I'm talking about creative teams and tone) that they aren't really a film series. There a bunch of one offs. More like TV movies.

exactly. As shitty as the phantom menace is, it's actually more re-watchable than either of the JJtreks.

I think I can officially say that the most troubling thing about the trailer is the cloverfield/bayem shot of the falcon.

I would like to go on record as being the person to dub him, "jar jar Abrams" if this tanks..

Rarely does a movie pull off the narrative atyle of an early 90's arcade game and survive (the warriors is the only other one, but that's because it invented the narrative style) but this totally works. How is it possible that dredd can have even LESS character than RoboCop? And it still works!

It makes sense. The mountain men make the reapers from captured grounders so they can use the blood for transfusions. And the leftover grounders get eaten by the reapers.

I'm starting to accept the fact that this show will probably never be as good as the clone wars.

Word.

For me, my favorite two parter is the impossible planet story. I love the Ood (and I would love to see them come back) and it's a story that seemed to see the Doctor at his finest. Relishing in the excitement of it all

I think that Danny was in that sphere, they kept showing. Referring it to "timelord tech"

It's probably grown up-little-chris rock

It's so sad.

I agree. it was the best episode yet. A big part of that is the introduction to new characters that can grow. I can't wait to meet the other new recruits later.
