If you paid attention during "Prophets", when Martine and Root are fighting in the hotel, when the elevators go to ground level, the last five arrive in such a way that the arrival dings mimic part of the Terminator theme.

The writers have stated that they planned this from the beginning of the show, and know exactly where they're going from here, so I'm pretty confident that they won't screw this up.

Pretty sure Root handed it to him earlier in the episode, saying he'd need it later, I might be mistaken though.
