I'd say no . At this point Sony seems to have given up on it so if you've lived this long without one you won't be missing anything great . I second the love for Tactics Ogre though . You can still pick it up for cheap on PSP .

It did have pacing issues for sure , and I was less than enthused about the handling of the female characters but I would like to see something more cerebral on toonami once in awhile . As far as I know no one has licensed it but Kyousougiga would be a joy to behold on American TV .
