My friend left to go to the bathroom (yes, we saw this theatrically) and when he came back we had him convinced that he missed the part where they reveal that the blond boyfriend character was really an evolved piranha, as  Lloyd's book "The Fish Walk Among Us" was actually foreshadowing.

Thanks!

"Close is a lingerie store without a front window." - Rene Russo, LETHAL WEAPON 3.  Easily the most puzzled I've ever been about anything.

Easy answer: "Sooner or later you'll be screwing around!" "I won't do that."  (that the song literally ends with a pretty straight forward answer makes it pretty obvious that no one's ever actually listened to the song)

Brian Blessed is not in the film.  Good work as always, Tasha.

This is probably too late but I thought "Mantis" was actually a reference to "M.A.N.T.I.S", the silly, short-lived FOX show about a disabled guy who turns into a vigilante superhero.

The reason I prefer to see a movie first: I find myself projecting stuff into the movie that may be intentionally left out by the director for the version of the story he was making.  But that would never work the other way - I would never read King's original RUNNING MAN and imagine Schwarzenegger running around or

Considering Nothing But Trouble's sub-plot about greedy bankers and such, a sequel would actually be quite timely.

Won't spoil it here but the DVD of After.Life has an explanation from the director that gives the answer (via all the clues dropped throughout the film).

B- was kind.  Marsden got a few chuckles out of me but otherwise this was one of the weakest efforts I can recall.  The funniest part about it was that it got a ratings boost from a Community lead-in. Those words have never appeared in that order.

There are 6 films, actually.  2 Hood entries.

pssst, Warner, not Paramount.

RIP Todd (probably).

The Beavis & Butthead game for the Genesis was a surprisingly good adventure in this mold.

Oh, Tasha disliked another horror film.  I was so worried.

Ah, good call. That's one of the few I've only seen once (the Pierce/handshake plot really annoyed me) but if the tag wasn't there either it would have to be study room-less.  Thanks!

Hey can someone with a better memory confirm: is this the first time there's been an episode at Greendale that we didn't see the study room at all?

I think Pierce DID wish his father dead.  Unless I just read too much into the line where Pierce says that he wishes he could have the ivory wig (which is to be given to his father's killer).

I watched that show for like 5 years and the bowling one is the only one I remember.
