Yes, Bush looked bad, but, to me, NBC letting a "craven heinous piece of garbage" like Trump host SNL or any of its other shows, after what he said about Mexicans, was, itself, a "craven heinous piece of garbage" move, no matter the commercial benefits.

Not arguing that Bush's behavior wasn't objectionable - it was, no question about it.

So NBC fires someone for this horrible incident that wasn't really his fault, was meant to be private, and happened 11 years ago.
