BCS is set in 2003. Do we know what year Breaking Bad is set in? If it is 2008 then that's a big gap to fill with more seasons.

But Kim did fight Chuck in court and seemed to regret how she treated him because he was ill.

I think Chuck was just a control freak and his condition was like a form of OCD.

I felt the pain.

I think Kim will feel a lot of guilt over CHuck's death and this will tear her and Jimmy apart in season 4, leaving Jimmy on his own to become Saul.

Chuck seemed to be doing ok until Jimmy went to see of he was ok, then his condition came back with vengeance.
