Between this and the Mad Men finale that I finally got to, the tears definitely flowed tonight. I thought it was more emotional than even Craig Ferguson's last show, despite not being as openly sentimental.

The guests have been on point for a while now. I usually don't find Tom Hanks much more than charming during talk show interviews, but his "studio mandated talking points" sheet and Ron Howard impression were hilarious.
I haven't seen it, but the film is post converted, and those are almost always not worth it.
The Pirates of the Carribean franchise.
I would say that there are people who are superior at certain things, but that you shouldn't conflate that with them being superior people overall. For example, Ray Rice is unquestionably superior to most people at football, but I think most people would agree that he's not a better person than most people.
That's a good take. I just want to add that Bob specifically craved fame and positioned himself as a role model (remember the room with all of the awards and articles about himself?), yet he neglected the responsibility that comes with that.
You have old information. The film was fully post converted, which is a highly inferior method of 3D that only works when a large percentage on the film is CGI.
Exactly. Is AV Club going to post a response to a crackpot blog article for every big movie that comes out from now on?
They likely didn’t put them in because of memory issues with the consoles. Buy, I’m sure you know why they didn’t include them more than Rockstar.
Uh, this isn’t even trying to be anywhere close to Transistor. I can’s see anything about the game that would give anyone the notion, except for the vaguely similar animated art style. Have you never heard of roguelikes before?
“Or what’s so wrong with honoring indiscriminate takedowns at Youtube because it’s maximally efficient (for them).”
“He was holding up other people’s fun and careers for even more of the pie he doesn’t need”
Except it's not about needs. No one NEEDS a salary over $20k-$30k or so (depending on where you live.) At that point, it's about what you deserve. And the Simpsons voice actors deserve a lot of money, as they played a large part in making the Simpsons the hugely successful show that it is, and they are irreplaceable.
"Superiority at doing things does not denote superiority in worth."
You may be slightly disappointed, since the John Woo looking scene looks to be for a movie within the movie, since you can see the camera guy and the wire pulling him along.
You think that's bad, I still remember his theme.
The sad thing is that they've been replacing the film IMAX projectors with new digital projectors (which I'm guessing these cameras were made for,) so unless they're keeping the old projectors in storage, true IMAX is pretty much dead.
Don't know about The Flash, but Agents of Shield can definitely be too violent for a 3rd grader. It also might be a little difficult for them to follow, but I may be underestimating them.
Free music existed before Spotify. It was called the radio. Spotify is the new radio.
I'm not sure who you're arguing for, because it ain't artists who are trying to kill free Spotify, it's Apple. You know, the company that lowered the perceived value of music in the first place.
