The law doesn't specify whether the value is determined, for all you know the value is calculated from before they were released. I'm not a lawyer, but maybe that is what the 180-day period is referring to and the photos were released less than 180 days ago.

My mistake DMCA currently punishes the site hosting the photos if they do not comply, although some legal experts are calling reposting a secondary infringement and want this law to be reformed to include this.

Considering celebs are offered large amounts of money to pose nude and sell photos of themselves, I would argue that they have a monetary value. As well, any website hosting the pictures would be profiting due to page advertisements as well.

Well considering that copyright infringement is a CRIME listed in the CRIMINAL code, it most certainly a CRIME.

Anyone posting stolen pictures is violating the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. I suggest you look it up before calling it a bad law.

Yeah both are quirky and charismatic, but Jinkx had more polish and needed less hand holding from the other queens and Ru. Adore has the "it" factor, but she's still a diamond in the rough (like at the Glitter Ball, because she was a diamond, see what I did there?…I'll show myself out).

I totally agree. Adore is charming, but this isn't Rupaul's School for Girls. She just isn't there yet.

New head-canon, brilliant!

I wasn't trying to excuse her from being horrible, just answering why she would feel hurt as a little girl, in response to the original poster. She is a pretty terrible human being, but her life hasn't been all sunshine and roses and it is understandable for her to be bitter and hurt.

She was neglected by her father and essentially told she was a weak, girl who was only good for being sold into a loveless marriage for political gain. She is pretty emotionally hurt for being perceived as weak for being a girl.

Also where did I say "it's the same", I just said it the situation was rape because of no consent. Could it have been worse? Yes. Still rape? Yes.

I'm sorry about your experience, but your comment about her objection to only the venue somehow making it more ok read as "Oh it wasn't that bad, she was going to fuck him later anyway".

Doesn't matter why she said no. Saying something to the effect if "I don't want to have sex right here, right now" sure as hell isn't giving consent and sex without consent IS rape.
