second that.

Not like here. Here, everything is soft and smooth. Like mud

brilliant turn of a phrase. or should I say Phrase of a turn! You should write for SNL.

it's also spoofing something that doesn't exist anymore. Network Nightly News. OK, it exists but not watched ever. I mean, we have fake news shows that do parodies of modern news shows (doing spoofs of Fox News or CNN, or Anchorman doing cable and local news)…. and they're so much better. To my point: the

true, but a stand up thing to do. Honestly, the 90s show had a unique look and was one of the best comic-based shows to come out. We need more late-night looking, wet city street night owl shows like the 1990 The Flash and Midnight Caller.

You should start with Just Between You and Me with Porter Wagner. A classic that cobbles together all of the pairs recordings. Then watch the Drunk History episode devoted to Dolly and Porter. Edit: You may want to stick with a smaller sampler of the pair: Essential Porter & Dolly is on Amazon and Spotify

So it should be cropped, not showing the whole image. Another reason was for TV. Didn't do letterbox back then so

I think that was the point. They didn't want to do Tales From the Darkside, Amazing Stories, Tales from the Crypt, The Hitchhiker. The show was a bit humorless and dry… but it was fantastic.

I was all over this show — even more so than the original which I've seen every episode of. And apparently the only one who watched it. It got killed in the ratings (I think it aired on Friday nights). Got great critical reviews but everyone thought it was too arty. They wanted exactly what Rod Serling fought in

Daenerys is a pump little dragon treat

of course it is. Man, Maceo gets no respect. Obviously the writer of this piece isn't a James Brown fan.
