I agree with @LurkyMcLurkerson:disqus, hats/gloves/scarves could be a very nice gift! That's probably the easiest if you're set on buying clothes. Otherwise you could always buy tickets for something she would like to see. I'd personally prefer a "gift with a thought" instead of a gift card, but that's just me.

I still buy CDs, mostly so that I can listen to them while driving. I actually buy more CDs than I buy digital music.
