I thought the A- was a little overly generous. What seemed a bit daring and audacious for McCarthy on her first two shows is really starting to look and feel kinda "schticky".

The flying car with the inverted wheels appeared in the very first Stan Lee/Jack Kirby Shield story in Strange Tales #135 [August 1965].

I totally agree about the "Westen-free" BN team dynamic. It would have been nice to see that play out a bit longer.

Can’t say as I felt this episode as much as some others, though the harnessing scene sure was creepy. Shades of The Tingler!
