The Governor explicitly states "This wasn't biters". The reviewer seemingly did not catch that. Also, if it were biters I"m pretty sure there wouldn't have been anything left of the corpses; I've never seen biters leave any pieces out.
I agree- the acting on those 2 is worse than the Notebook.
It's one thing to take artistic liberty with certain logics in the course of a show to make the plot work, but there was a whole lot of "liberty" taken in this episode.
While this episode was mostly disjointed and very odd, I definitely appreciated the "I'm a pirate" line that the Gov. threw at Megan. This show could use a little more humor; I get that a zombie apocalypse where whole families are killed is tragic and all, but every good show has at least a sprinkle of comedy in it.…
