Yeah. There's no accounting for taste. I was floored when I saw that was getting a sequel.

Glad you can magically tell when and why I created an account….Grampa Rumppumper, or whatever your name is.
Yet you've replied to a comment on an article about exactly that. I doubt he'll be doing that with an article about you today.
From what I've seen, no one has any particularly high hopes for the quality of the finished product, regardless of who is cast in what roles. Honestly I've heard a lot more "How dare you dislike a movie with women in the lead roles" than I have "How dare you cast women in the lead roles".
Stranger things have happened but I seriously doubt it. Then again, the horrid Robocop remake I mentioned made $21M in its opening weekend and is admittedly nowhere near as big of a franchise as Ghostbusters, but, still. Hey, maybe I'll be wrong and it'll be a fantastic movie. Do you really think that'll be the case,…
Right, THAT was the movie they were asking for. Not the one they were given.
Wow, you sure showed me! I suppose your…uh…Simpsons references pay your bills? Or is it your smartass behavior on the internet because you are clearly resentful of your betters?
Sure. I also wouldn't be surprised if the casting was DESIGNED to elicit such a response; to rally feminists to run out and support it, because they knew they wouldn't be able to deliver a quality movie regardless, without the original cast in their proper roles (Of course, as I already stated, GB2 failed on most…
Well, if that was the case, I apologize as well. I have no knowledge of any organized downvoting, but I'm certainly not discounting the possibility.
Maybe he DOES feel that way. Maybe the movie is extremely important to him and he doesn't want the legacy tarnished; is that so unreasonable?
Uh, not angry at all, kiddo. I'm at work getting paid about $30 an hour to entertain your foolishness. You seem to be overly sensitive about sexism, wonder why you're compelled to do that? Could it be because you're a failure in the real world, awkward, probably a little smelly, and would do anything to attract a…
Cool, now you're acting like what you posted previously wasn't also a personal attack.
How can I explain anyone else's motives or thoughts? I've never been to "4chan" in my life, I have no idea what they organize or don't. I'm stating my own reasons, and you seem to insinuate it's impossible I'd dislike a movie with four bad male actors? If I understood you incorrectly, I'm sorry.
LOL. Another good internet standby: Pretend to be the intellectual and give a false and biased dissection of the previous person's statement. I'll bet you're a real hit at parties. Hopefully your sad white knighting of this movie will net you a date, since I take it that's what you're after.
LOL. Now we're really nitpicking. The poster I was speaking to (not you, BTW, but thanks for interjecting) was insinuating, like EVERYONE ELSE ON THE INTERNET, that the only reason this movie is disliked is because four women were shoehorned into the lead roles. She's unable to accept the fact that four shitty MALE…
Actually, I meant to type Seth McFarlane and was confused. Too many Seths.
Sorry you can't understand that disliking something isn't sexist. Bye!
Not when they don't even make back their budget it won't.
Yeah, yes.
You've failed to answer the question I posed you. Totally normal reaction to a question you don't want to answer.
