Absolutely. I didn't even think he was dead, there was so little blood.

Homophobia isn't a Catholic doctrine, and homosexuality isn't a sin. But nice try.

I think it's literally impossible to be POTUS without speed. They can't possibly get much opportunity to sleep.

Fellow faithful Catholic here. I just finished the first episode and don't see how the show was bashing the Church at all.

I don't think it's actual memory of an event that we're seeing, but how characters choose to interpret that event. Similar to how you either choose to disregard or bury a memory that embarrasses you or you choose to focus (and maybe over inflate) that embarrassment. It all depends on how you feel about the subject,

Noah isn't on probation, he was on parole. Parole is given for an early release from prison and lasts as long as the original prison sentence lasts. Since Noah served nearly three years of his three year sentence, his parole would have been only a few months at most.

Noah doesn't have small children. His youngest is twelve and two are adults. It's not like Christmas was canceled because Noah went to Paris for the holiday.

It's winter in both perspectives. It's snowing during a sexfrench scene and it's Dec. 23 in Noah's version.

It's been a few months since last episode. He tells Whitney that he's been seeing sexfrench for about three months or so. I'd assumed he also spent that time getting the help Brennan Fraser told him to get.

Could someone please feed the young woman who plays Whitney. It's actually painful and awkward to watch her on a screen.

I think Elle's point was that we have no idea if Scotty was really trying to rape her. Not trusting what we're seeing is in fact the entire premise of the show.

RE: Alison's version of the bar scene omitting the reveal to Helen. I think it's because Alison really has moved on from the event, and it never really was all that traumatic an experience for her due to the circumstances. I think she's projecting that ambivalence onto Helen. She's moved on, so she wants Helen to have

We already knew Alison shoved Scotty into the road. We saw it last season.

HE'S A SURGEON. Terry already answered you.

Wow, that's a quite brilliant take on it and I'm going to steal your analysis.

The Wiz is obscure?

I'm feeling quite bored with Noah's insanity and Helen's slightly pathetic pining for him. I can't wait to see Alison and Cole again next week! Will Luisa find out about them? That'll wipe that smirk off her face real quick.

There are some days when I can't handle the volume of thier talking or I'm annoyed that they talk over each other. And there are times when I simply can't stand the grimness of their lives.

I'm kind of floored that there are people who don't know that Tums is chalk, aspartame and artificial flavoring. (Pregnancy-induced cravings in the past have certainly led me to eat chalk when I ran out of tums. )
