Kevin was aware of Neil's existence before meeting him at the hotel. Laurie told him about Patty and Neil back when Patty was a patient of Laurie's. Not sure which episode this was mentioned in - I think 1 or 2 eps after the International Assassin one when Laurie arrives in Miracle.

I loved Breaking Bad, I loved Rectify, and Mad Men was probably my all time favourite. But this show….I love the most.

You might be onto something there. I suspect this show can be about a number of different things, and your theory could be one interpretation. Certainly wasn't obvious to me, which is why I come here to read all the comments. The feedback of many helps to answer some of the questions that I just couldn't answer by

Well said

Varga's my fav character in this by a long shot…pissing in the coffee mug was hilarious (in a dark kind of way). I don't dislike Sy but I just had to laugh at what a bastard Varga is. Always love me a good villain…

If you hadn't mentioned it I would have! Least enthusiastic game of street hockey in the history of….street hockey.

Yeah, more than anything else in this episode, the tears flowed for me when Kevin and Laurie were saying goodbye and I was thinking "They're going to drown him, this time he isn't coming back." But he did say he was happy in that hotel or "afterlife" so perhaps for Kevin, who has been such a conflicted soul throughout

Yeah I was sitting there thinking "Do NOT tell her about that, Kevin". I'm glad they (the writers) opted for him not to - it would have soured their final time together.

Wow do you have a vested interest in the show? You sure are quick to jump on others. What a cunt…

Oh well that is true. But it still raises the unpleasant idea that Kevin and his twin sister have been committing incest. Then again I guess that's keeping things very biblical!

I commented on last week's episode review (only a few hours ago), that Kevin hasn't told Nora everything. It's not clear how much he's told her, but he didn't mention pushing Patti into the well. Which means he's probably omitted quite a lot of details. Not really out of character since we're talking about a guy who

Umm the only problem with this is the title is "And his identical twin brother" and Nora is not a dude…..

Haven't seen it mentioned in here, but could have been buried in all of the comments. Early in the episode, in the hotel room when Nora is reading the "Book of Kevin", she is talking about the scene with Patti at the well. She says something like he "placed her on the edge of the well and….." Kevin finishes it by

Yep. These kinds of minor things are the only real criticisms I have of the show. It's such an obvious thing that Laurie would have said when they looked at her as if they doubted her story. "Look he even took a picture of 'Evie' and sent it to me" then show the picture.

Kevin's been a crazy man for years. It's just the degree of madness that changes!

As soon as it got to the second weird dream sequence I remembered who Bryan Fuller was. And of course the excessive gore, way too over the top. Apart from that I enjoyed the show.

I thought it was the ears. He has the fugliest ears I've ever seen on a person who isn't a rugby player.

I don't feel like it went downhill - to me it always started at the bottom of the hill and just kind of circumnavigated it. It's stupid and ridiculous but it's mindless entertainment between waiting for the next episode of Fargo or the Leftovers.

I love this show but I actually watched the first ep of season 1 (way back when it first aired) and I was mixed about whether I enjoyed it or not. I actually didn't bother watching episode 2 until about a month later. That one was a little better but it was episode 3 that really hooked me on the show - Two Boats and a

Very good point. Hadn't thought of that! As for the reviewer, yep. Not the most attentive watcher of the show
