I enjoyed the Harry Potter RPGs on the Gameboy Color, though I doubt they've aged well. A Persona-style Hogwarts social sim would be fantastic.

The South Park RPG got away with some of that by having you play a blank slate "new kid." It had its limitations.

That trailer is beautiful. "You will be shocked. You will be terrified and fascinated."
It appears she had the most respectable of the female principal roles.

Exactly. It looks like some forgotten action platformer from the Playstation 2 era.

Whoever wrote it took their time to dream-cast it and pick outtakes from four songs. Those were some deep cuts.

Suspects:

Kevin's pretty vapid in this iteration. I'd like to see him get some character development and become the friend to Jughead that he is in the comics. There's no time for that this season but the show has been renewed so there's hope.

We get some camp from the NPC's. Particularly the society lady with her mid-Atlantic dialect.

The Mega Man series has rebooted several times. Mega Man Powered Up remade the original game in a chibi art style. It was adorable but not much fun to play. If they'd have remade 2 or 3 it would have been more celebrated.

1999's Wild Wild West because a critic had overpraised Kenneth Branaugh's performance and made the rest sound "so bad it's good." (It wasn't.)

Also Andromeda glitch of the week. Drack's loyalty mission. I fight a big battle and talk to a key NPC. The NPC starts to duplicate across the screen. The camera shifts and Ryder is floating upside down in space. Everything freezes. I begin tapping the "skip scene" button. Eventually we cut to a conversation prompt. I

Stable kid 1: Remember when that hot elf in Gerudo drag showed up? I asked 'em to run some errands.
Stable kid 2: Yea. That was pretty cool. I never did get my gourmet meat.

I replayed DAI for some new romances. I tried an alternate mission and brought over some new allies with the Keep. MEA offers no alternatives.

I'm 55 hours into Mass Effect: Andromeda. Most of ME2's loyalty missions pit your allies against estranged family members. MEA's allies confront antagonists with contrasting personalities. Some thoughts:

I would argue that Jude Law plays a lot of characters who lack vulnerability. Dumbledore's backstory requires him to be very vulnerable and easily manipulated.

He was once a young hot man starring in unusual films. Now he wears ugly wigs and stars in commercial films.

If Depp and Law are as homoerotic as Collin Ferrel and Ezra Miller's relationship was in the previous film it will inspire the internet but I'm at the point where I'd appreciate a little less subtext and a little more text.

I don't remember what the actual title was but yours sounds more fun.

You're lucky. My screening of Your Name included the trailers for Despicable Me 3, Captain Underpants and something with monkeys flying starships. It made me appreciate hand drawn films with original stories.
