I think that one of the things about this episode (and the show) is that I have at various times believed that Ross was right, and then at other times that Rachel was.

I think the difference is that Chandler felt that he was incredibly lucky to have Monica but never resented her for his inadequacies, the way Ross resented Rachel.

Susan is an example of this show's well rounded side characters- she would come in and out of this show but you always felt that she was the sympathetic star of her own show just out of frame.

That was a terrific episode- so much funnier and more satisfying than if they had gotten back together.

My meta-theory about Ross was always that Schwimmer was more willing (especially as the show went on) to be seen as ridiculous and mean and to allow Ross to be seen as ridiculous and mean, and as a result he was allowed to drive the conflict more.

The actual story is way more interesting and heart-breaking than Finding Neverland portrayed it. The biggest issue with that movie was that Barrie was portrayed by the handsome and tall Johnny Depp. Barrie was a tiny man, and it affected how he viewed himself and how he was viewed by others- taking that away from

The author of the mini-series, Andrew Birkin, later wrote a biography of Barrie that used the same research and expanded on it. It is still the absolute best biography I've ever read. It was out of print for a long time but had a second edition- I can't recommend it highly enough.

Agreed. I think it's clear that the Katya-love took the production by surprise. Which is WEIRD.

I don't understand what the judges weren't seeing in Katya that I was. So many weeks she should have won and didn't. I like Kennedy more than others here, but Ginger and Pearl beating Katya to the final four is a crime.

I liked the idea of her more than the reality. She's just not someone I found particularly entertaining.

I can kind of understand that, but there's also a point where- it's the final 6. I would think ANY of them would be ready to LSFYL at any time! And Trixie was already sent home once- she just seemed weirdly confident.

Trixie's whole "oh, I think I'm in the top" this week was ridiculous. She seems like a really nice person but I never felt she was that great in the show and the lip sync was pretty bad.

I agree- Ginger's not my first choice, but I think she'd be a worthy winner. She's bitchy but not nasty, and she was crazy complimentary towards Katya last night in a way that read as very genuine. She clearly turned it around after giving up early in last week's challenge, and I respect that.

That was a damned beautiful sashay.

It's funny because I like Pearl- I think her deadpan can be a great tool and she's more into the whole contest than she sometimes appears to be. I just don't think she's as talented as some of the other younger queens from past seasons (or, at least not in a way we've seen on the show) and I think Ginjer, Kennedy,

I have been consistently underwhelmed by Trixie.

Kennedy has been great the last few episodes. She's shown a lot of range for a "pageant girl" and doesn't seem to have the hang-ups about being pretty all the time that so many other pageant contestants on this show have had.

I think Ginjer and Kennedy are worthy opponents- I'm not particularly impressed by Violet and even less by Pearl. I don't need Katya to win this season but I do need her to make the top 3.

Katya was straight up ROBBED last night.

She was really fucking racist. There's no excusing it or explaining it away. But she also had a LOT of contradictory views and there are conflicting events in her life that you just can't explain away easily, especially in regards to her feminism.
