the thing that, i believe, keeps shows like 'the simpsons' and 'family guy' on tv is our connection to the characters. so, for example, having pam as a man is just dumb, or wasting lana in fully-half the season… dumb. it's a mediocre story, poorly written, stretched out over an entire season. i hope they get back on…

pam seems to be an actual man in this season, another fail; what's the point of 'dreamland'? why does lana have nothing to do? the time spent on her joke-telling, or krieger's backstory is pointless, and unentertaining. sorry, am just really disappointed; archer was SO good for the first several seasons (up to 'vice')

it's awful, really. first, as a dream, it's pointless. if it's a dream, why do we see other characters' moments? everything that made archer great for the first several seasons is gone. i hope they bring the basic concept back. season 8 is not funny, and worse, not fun…
