Emotion: Side B took a little time to grow on me (the most striking thing about it to me was the sameness of its songs in terms of lyrical content) but I like it a lot now; it's got to be my second-favorite Canadian synthpop record of the year. I assume you don't love Carly because something is wrong with you.

I mostly just watched a lot of football on Saturday and did homework on Sunday. This week wasn't bad; I spent more time watching Colorado-Michigan than was ultimately justifiable, but watching Iowa lose to North Dakota State in utterly predictable fashion was kind of fun, and I don't have anything against Florida…

I just watched the first episode of Atlanta, and I find it interesting that it's not just very funny, but it's funny in the same way that Community is: dialogue, not punchlines.
