Same. Me and my brother liked her too. I heard she was one of the female characters that the old CW President forced upon the writers of the show so the producers didn't like her either. This was happening during the Writer's strike back then too.

Supergirl ratings skew the same as the other superhero shows on CW. TV ratings aka Nielsen ratings. Supergirls male sub demos are as high as the other Superhero show. Riverdale is the opposite. It skew female. Way more female than Supergirl ever will.

2 of those flopped. Only Supergirl is doing good in ratings. The rest are all male-led ones.Despite Supergirl being female-led it skews male just like the rest of the Superhero shows. Only the Superhero shows and Supernatural have good TV ratings on CW.

This is under a different regime though. A mega flop like CEG with only 14k ad rate got renewed.

Thomas' shows are mediocre ratings-wise. 12 y.o. Supernatural is doing better than his show. Mediocre ratings will only help you up to 4 Seasons on CW with the help of the Netflix deal.

You are aware that the Netflix deal is far more lucrative right? Hulu wanted all episodes not just the rolling 5 eps but won't shell out cash to outbid Netflix. I just think this will get rejected by Flash's viewers too just like Lancome. iZombie is an example of rejection from Flash viewers. When Flash got 1.6 ratings, iZombie only got 0.5 while airing after it losing a full point from it.
A male skewing show should air after Flash.
