This film is clearly a table setter for the Justice League movie - DC's answer to The Avengers. So, basically, they better not f*ck this one up.

Superman has killed before in the comics. As a matter of fact, he's killed Zod in both the comics AND Superman 2 (though people conveniently give that a pass).

Rises is horribly underrated but damn, I thought McConaughey was the highlight of Interstellar. Also, Eyes Wide Shut , while arguably being one Kubrick's weaker films is still pretty gripping and bears closer inspection.
