Milo is confused about his sexuality. He's said he chose to be gay. He's said he wishes there was a cure. He said he briefly went straight for a spell. I mean, either he's confused, or he's an opportunist with no real convictions who will say whatever he thinks his homophobic audience wants to hear. But it couldn't be

Was that the one where they had Mike and Rory trade roles, and Mike always wound up having to defend the indefensible? Because if so, AGREE.

Well, to get as much edge as the fictional Colbert had, he would pretty much have to go back to that role. I think he's got as much as he can get away with now, and he'll keep nudging until he gets there.

If you're one of those "I go after everyone!" people, but you mostly go after marginalized groups, do so with extra vehemence, and do so at the expense of the members of that group that aren't bad, then you lose that excuse.

"Yeah, he beat up on that old nun in Calcutta."

"I'm hated by the far left and the far right! And also all the rest of the left! And the center! And the far right hates me, but agrees with my politics, and I play to their hatred because they give me money!"

I really loved Hitchens' piece on waterboarding. He set out to prove that it wasn't torture, and even knowing that he was in the hands of professionals who didn't mean him harm, he gave up after less than a minute, and said YES, waterboarding is ABSOLUTELY torture. I didn't agree with him politically on a lot, but I

I don't think he even knows that statistic. I think he just knows that his followers will believe it's true as soon as he says it.

I mean, they are more likely to be the victims of sex crimes. Doubt that's what he meant though.

Milo: Transgender people are disproportionately involved in sex crimes.

Yeah, I hate that that's become the term, because Uncle Tom was a total badass in the end. The term comes from "Tom Shows", a form of minstrel show that acted as a parody of Uncle Tom's Cabin, and portrayed Tom as completely subservient.

The more dots you put in an ellipsis, the more serious you are. Duh.

"I can't believe this site's political stupidity is leading me to sort-of defend Milo Yiannopoulos, of all people, but who exactly did he out during the Overtime segment?"

Yes, the left gets so angry when people are transphobic assholes who are also giving credibility to internet trolls as if they are seriousl commentors. How dare they.

Throw in Mykelti Williamson, and you got a deal.

Yes… if.

Grab 'em by the pussy… cat token.

Here's the first time it turned up. The show's well worth looking up. Basically Police Squad for modern british cop shows. Just three 90 minute stories. The background signs alone are worth the DVD price.

The best running gag on TV in the past few years has been when the detectives on A Touch of Cloth walk into a grisly crime scene, their faces showing mild disgust, only to vomit when they suddenly see a framed photo of Piers Morgan.

The vast gulf between Milo's publicity pics and actual photos of him is constantly hilarious, given his vanity and shallowness.
